Great design is only part of my business. I believe in working as a team with my clients to give the best and most appropriate product for their needs. With more than 30 years of experience in advertising, public relations and magazines, Talmage Design provides personalized service in print materials, branding collateral, signage, direct mail pieces, websites and banners, art direction at photo shoots and any additional design needs you can think up. It would be my pleasure to work with you.
It's nice to meet you! I'm Tina Branan. In elementary school, I used to draw pictures and messages for teachers and other kids, so I guess you could say that my career began in the first grade. Thankfully, my work has become more refined since then. While most teens were adjusting to living on campus and pledging their college sorority, I was working my first job at an advertisng and public relations firm. Balancing real-world experience with the college life, I received a BA in Communications from UCF which taught me the importance of listening to what the client wants and working with them closely until they love the product. I like to think of myself as a "Visual Interpreter." With 30 years of experience in design, I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to learn all aspects of the creative process. Not only do I love designing, but everything that goes with it … photography and working with photographers, writing, and concepting.
As a native Floridian, I love to spend my downtime with my family, playing tennis, volunteering with various organizations and enjoying life.
“Having worked with Tina across three very different companies and brands, I can say that Tina always produces eye-catching designs that show her complete understanding of the brand and communication objectives. She thoughtfully considers the best approach for each project and is 100% committed to delivering results each and every time.”
- Cheryl Zelenak, Colonial Management Group
“As a copywriter, I often need design partners to bring my words to life. I've worked with Tina as a colleague and hired her as a service provider, and the results are always the same - outstanding! It's rare to find a creative talent who also truly understands business objectives, and Tina gets both. You won't be disappointed with her work.”
- Amy Bayes Clay, Principal, Clay Communications Strategies

The client holds five or more conventions a year. We work together to create a new look each year and keep it consistently branded.
I love designing and laying out magazines. Each issue is different and allows me to learn about fields outside of my own.
Designing t-shirts is a secret hobby of mine. I have a somewhat unhealthy love for my Cricut and heatpress. I love when I get the opportuntiy to design for screen printing as well.
During the many years I worked with Orlando Harley and the American Road Group, I was able to produce a wide variety of materials from posters and ads to emails to wall designs. One of the most interesting projects I did was the "poster" on the right. It is actually a full, wall-sized image telling the story of OHD's heritage.
Whether designing a postcard that is completely original but keeping the brand, or following an established company's brand standards, postcards are still in fashion.
Websites are about getting information to those who need it. It's imperative to keep it consistent with the company's branding. These clients were small businesses who wanted straight-forward branding.
We love our dogs. I mean, we LOVE our dogs. These were done at the beginning of the 2020 pandemic. Work was slow and it was nerve-wracking. Everyone handles stress a little different. This is how I handle stress.
